De Haan will make his NHL debut tonight and Poulin will likely make his season debut in goal. Rick DiPietro (groin) went on injured reserve retroactive to Dec. 3; he hasn't skated since.

Evgeni Nabokov was diagnosed with "discomfort" in his groin after yesterday's practice, so Poulin was needed. Al Montoya has allowed 10 goals in his last two games, so Poulin's start tonight may be needed as well.

Steve Staios is out with an upper-body injury; there was no definitive word on whether he suffered a concussion following a battery of tests yesterday, but he is out.
