Bob McKenzie at TSN reported that x-rays on Dan Girardi were negative. Have not confirmed.

Rangers are not practicing today, will return to the rink tomorrow.

Another storyline: Rick Nash is eligible to come off IR, Whether he does or not, the Rangers might make a transaction, perhaps recalling a d-man from Harford, Dylan McIlrath or someone with NHL experience.
