WASHINGTON -- The recognition for Henrik Lundqvist's terrific season continues. Along with Pittsburgh's Evgeni Malkin and Tampa's Steven Stamkos, Lundqvist was voted by fellow players as a finalist for the NHLPA's first Ted Lindsay Award for "Most Outstanding Player."

The trio also are finalists for the Hart Trophy, as voted by the Professional Hockey Writers Association.

In his seventh season with the Rangers, Lundqvist also was voted as a Vezina Trophy finalist for the fourth time by NHL general managers. Lundqvist, who posted eight shutouts, set career highs for wins (39), goals-against-average (1.97) and save percentage (.930)

Dubinsky still sits

Brandon Dubinsky, who made the train trip here with the team, missed his third consecutive game. The winger has been receiving treatment and wearing a walking boot on his right foot. The team will not provide specifics of the injury, which appeared to have occurred during Game 7 of the series with the Senators, when he was checked by Zach Smith.

Zuccarello practices

Mats Zuccarello (fractured wrist, March 23) who skated alone for conditioning drills on Sunday, was on ice and lightly shot pucks for part of practice with the team for the first time on Wednesday morning. He has missed 18 games and will have more X-rays taken after the team returns to New York.

Bickel mum on error

Rookie Stu Bickel's turnover in the offensive zone triggered the rush that led to the Capitals' opening goal in the 3-2 loss in Game 2. He played just one shift in the second period and none in the third. Coach John Tortorella isn't holding a grudge, but issued a warning. "He'll be fine," Tortorella said. "He has to be or he'll play less." Bickel declined to discuss the play.
