Why would he do that?

It's part of SiriusXM's Valentine's Day promotion, a limited-run  pop-up channel on Friday called "Romance Radio" (Channel 108 for subscribers).

Other SiriusXM hosts will also be reading love sonnets, including Adam Schein and Dr. Laura.
