The weird thing about Sunday night was that the Pro Bowl was up 40 percent in viewership compared to last year, and the Grammys were up 35 percent - and totaled more than twice as many viewers as the Pro Bowl.

"Desperate Housewives" did OK, too.

America really, really enjoys watching television.
