Ray Rice rally in New Rochelle
Ray Rice fans gathered at New Rochelle City Hall on March 2, 2013, to celebrate the hometown hero, who starred in the Baltimore Ravens' Super Bowl championship win. The Ravens' running back was born and raised in New Rochelle.
