The 'Linsanity' documentary
Hey, remember February 2012, when Jeremy Lin turned all of New York into Knicks fans, landed on the cover of Sports Illustrated two weeks in a row and the cover of every area newspaper for three weeks?
Yeah, well, now there's a documentary that started well before "Linsanity" shined brighter than the lights of Broadway.
The "Linsanity" documentary, directed by Evan Leong, premiered at the Sundance Film Festival over the weekend to impressive reviews. As of this posting, "Linsanity" has 382 backers who pledged a total $35,518 on Kickstarter, a funding platform for creative projects.
Embedded above is a video where Leong talks about the project, along with an interesting snippet from the documentary where Lin talks about his first few days with the Knicks.
