LI's Dennis Bermudez earns submission of the night at UFC 150

Dennis Bermudez, who trains at Long Island MMA in Lindenhurst and Bellmore Kickboxing Academy, earned a submission victory at UFC 150 on Saturday against Tommy Hayden.

It was the second straight win for the featherweight Bermudez (10-3, 2-1 UFC). The first-round standing guillotine choke also earned Bermudez submission of the night honors and a $60,000 check.
