Al Iaquinta answers reader questions in 'TUF Talk' 4

In week 4 of "TUF Talk" with Wantagh's Al Iaquinta, a contestant on "The Ultimate Fighter Live," he talks about winning his first fight and answers questions sent in by readers.

From a television viewing perspective, fights inside the UFC training center on "The Ultimate Fighter" are weird to watch. Always have been.

There's no commentary, no wild fans. It's just two dudes in a cage punching and kicking each other while other people sit around a cage and yell instructions, of which if the fighter followed all of it, he'd tear every muscle in his body going in every direction.

But does the fighters notice it? Yes and no.

“It’s weird beforehand, it’s weird after," Wantagh's Al Iaquinta told Newsday last Friday after he beat Myles Jury by split decision to advance to the "TUF Live" quarterfinals. "In the fight, it’s the same. It’s just tunnel vision. You’re not focused on the outside world.”

That's one question Iaquinta did not address in his weekly "TUF Talk" series for Newsday. Probably because he already answered it Friday. So here is Iaquinta on Tuesday afternoon, from Las Vegas, answering more questions, including three from our readers.
