Five fights, 10 fighters on the main card for UFC 146, and they're all heavyweights. That's going be to one heck of marketing campaign in the build-up to Memorial Day weekend in Las Vegas.
Have a look at the UFC 146 main card as presently constructed:
Junior Dos Santos (238) vs. Alistair Overeem (256)
Cain Velasquez (240) vs. Frank Mir (240)
Roy Nelson (263) vs. Antonio Silva (265)
Gabriel Gonzaga (242) vs. Shane Del Rosario (248)
Stefan Struve (238) vs. Mark Hunt (265)
Total combined weight, based on what's listed on their UFC.com fighter profle: 2,495 pounds.
That's 1.25 tons of man inside of an un-domed cage in Las Vegas for one night of fighting. Yeesh.
