Here's a little clip of a training session between UFC middleweight champion Chris Weidman hitting pads with trainer Ray Longo one night this past week in Garden City.
It was produced by Weintraub Films, which has been documenting Weidman's camp for UFC 168.
That should be an interesting piece when it's completed and released.

UFC middleweight champion Chris Weidman, a newly minted brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under John Danaher and Matt Serra, will host a BJJ seminar for the Live To Fight charity of which he is a board member.
The event will be at Renzo Gracie's academy in Manhattan (224 W. 30th St.) on Sunday, Oct. 27 at 1 p.m.

New York Fight Exchance will host its first amateur MMA event on Friday (Oct. 4) at the Amazura Concert Hall in Jamaica, Queens.
Nine Long Islanders will be featured on the card, which is sanctioned by the WKA. NYFE's Facebook page says the event includes "full ground and pound" rules.
