Renan Barao, the interim bantamweight champion while true champion Dominick Cruz has been sidelined with multiple knee injuries the past 18 months, is now injured and off the UFC 161 card in Winnipeg.
Barao (32-1) was scheduled to defend his title June 15 against Eddie Wineland.
