Vitor Belfort would like to fight Chris Weidman.

"Muñoz has no guard, he's not a jiu-jitsu fighter," Belfort told Tatame.com. That's a wrestler vs. wrestler match-up, who got to the top position would win. He was tagged, that's it. I don't care what [Weidman's] gonna do. I know what I'm gonna do: go for the knockout or the submission."

Weidman, from Baldwin, didn't take the bait Wednesday during his live chat on Newsday.com. When asked about the issue, Weidman wrote: "It is pretty cool but I really don't even want to acknowledge him callin' me out at this point because I'm really only interested in fighting [Anderson] Silva."

You can read more of Weidman's thoughts on Belfort, Silva, the rest of the middleweight division, TRT and other topics that arose from readers in the transcript from our live chat.
