Weigh-ins for UFC 165 in Toronto (watch them live here) are a few hours away now, which will conclude with main-eventers Jon Jones and Alexander Gustafsson hitting the scales.

The day of weigh-ins before a fight is the busiest day of fight week, said Jones. This during a week filled with media obligations, cutting the remaining few pounds to hit 205, workouts, and throwing out the first pitch at a Blue Jays-Yankees game, among other things.

On Saturday, however, that's just about the easiest day of the week for Jones.

“Fight day, I get a lot of time to just chill and relax," Jones said. "I’m in the bed the whole day on fight day, just watching YouTube videos, studying my notes, and watching fights and just laying back. Fight day is probably my most relaxing day.”

Jones said that for the most part, he watches his opponent's fights. But he'll also watch his past fights as well  “to spike my creativity and see some of the things I used in the past.”

"Just remembering what I’m capable of,” the light heavyweight champion with an 18-1 record added.
