Here's a sneak peek at a new Frank Shamrock documentary airing Thursday at 11 p.m. on Spike TV.
"Shamrock: Bound by Blood" includes a look at his MMA career, his backstory as an imprisoned teen and an on-camera meeting with his estranged adoptive brother Ken Shamrock.
If you've read Shamrock's autobiography (pretty good read, by the way), this is the movie version. Sort of.

I understand the Internet was built around assigning numbers to lists of things, but for the sake of fun, let's be different today. These days, such commentary usually winds up on Twitter, lost to many of you in your timelines or -- gasp! -- not even seen by those not on Twitter.

UFC president Dana White said recently that...Read more »

That time was a 12-month span from June 2010 to May 2011.
Fast forward to October 2013, and here's Leone, the Center Moriches native, on the cusp of a Bellator title shot. Leone, winner of four straight bouts,...Read more »

Because there isn’t enough running commentary on the Internet, here’s mine from a viewing of the first episode of "UFC Primetime" with Cain Velasquez and Junior Dos Santos in the build-up to UFC 166 on Oct. 19.
— Still can’t understand how Dos Santos didn’t collapse at some point during the second fight.
— You can never have enough shots of fighters driving in their cars and...Read more »
