Yankees tickets to go on pre-sale Feb. 27; general sale begins March 5

Breakout those credit cards — it's Yankee ticket shopping time.

The Yankees have announced that tickets for individual games will go on pre-sale for the public through MasterCard at yankees.com from Wednesday, Feb. 27 at 10 a.m. until Sunday, March 3 at 10 p.m. Tickets can also be purchased by calling Ticketmaster. During the pre-sale, tickets can only be purchased with a MasterCard.

General public ticket sales will begin Tuesday, March 5 at 10 a.m. on the Yankees' website and by calling Ticketmaster.

Starting March 6, tickets will be available through the Yankee Stadium ticket office, all area Ticketmaster outlets and ticket offices within the Yankees clubhouse shops.
