UFC chairman and chief executive Lorenzo Fertitta appeared on Bloomberg Television on Wednesday to discuss the issue of legalizing mixed martial arts in New York.

New York is the only remaining entity in North America to ban the sport. The state's legislative session ends June 20, and the bill A.6506 remains in the Assembly with no decision yet on whether it will move forward to a vote.
