MRIs show Hill has LCL sprain, Thomas has strained pec
The Jets announced rookie wide receiver Stephen Hill has a lateral collateral ligament sprain in his right knee and veteran linebacker Bryan Thomas has a pectoral strain.
Both players, were injured in Sunday’s 17-10 win over the Jaguars, received the MRI results on Monday and are day-to-day. Though Hill’s diagnosis is more favorable than a ligament tear, it’s unclear how much time, if at all, the wideout will miss.
