CHICAGO - Seven-time Tour De France winner Lance Armstrong finally came clean about doping in an interview with Oprah Winfrey.

Armstrong says he used banned substances to enhance cycling performance in all seven races.

The admission will be costly for Armstrong, who has already been stripped of his titles and the Olympic medal he won in 2000. He is also facing numerous lawsuits.
