As I noted earlier today, The Miz has gone from main eventer at last year's Wrestlemania to mid card wrestler in 2012.

Last night’s Raw was all about one thing: The Rock and John Cena’s match at Wrestlemania.
Raw culminated with The Rock’s return and a face-to-face showdown. The Rock delivered a decent promo calling Cena “kung pow chicken.” Was the promo up to Rock’s usually high standards? WWE is going out of its way to bill this year’s WrestleMania main event as the biggest match in wrestling history. Considering the legacies of the Rock and John Cena—and the fact that the Rock has not competed in a singles match in nine years, calling the bout “epic” is not an understatement.
But Cena-Rock has some stiff competition for the title of “biggest” WrestleMania match ever. Here’s...Read more »
WWE Champion CM Punk has challenged Grammy Award winning singer Chris Brown “to put the gloves on” and fight him with all the money going to charity.
The war of words began in a heated exchange on Twitter Monday night before Raw aired when Punk tweeted, "I would like @chrisbrown fight somebody that can defend themselves," said Punk. “Me curb stomping that turd would be a #wrestlemania...Read more »

It’s official and thus, we are now on the road to Wrestlemania 28. Yes, we have the WWE building toward a Chris Jericho-CM Punk feud with the title at stake. Yes, we have John Cena vs. The Rock in an icon vs. icon match. But the road to Wrestlemania got a huge boost tonight on Raw in a tremendous segment that made it official:...Read more »

I love to read the message boards after “Raw” each week to see what fans are saying about the WWE’s product. This past week, the boards were filled with fans expressing their feelings about how boring it will be to see Triple H and the Undertaker in the ring one more time. In the immortal words of the Miz, “really?” In other words, is the internet wrestling community (IWC) serious? Are they really...Read more »
