Annual spirit bonfire at West Point
In celebration of the annual Army-Navy football game being played Dec. 8, the U.S. Military Academy's marathon team will stage a two-day relay run carrying the ceremonial game ball from West Point to Philadelphia. The 19-member cadet team accepted the game ball during bonfire activities Thursday night. From there, the running team left West Point to deliver the game ball in time for Saturday's opening ceremonies. (Dec. 6, 2012)
