Suspects in Harrison burglary ring arraigned
Two suspects linked to a Harrison burglary ring were arraigned Thursday while another suspect remains hospitalized after allegedly being shot.
Authorities say Jason Foskey, Carmine Stanzione and Daniel Stanzione had been operating the ring across Westchester, New Jersey and Connecticut. They say they made off with $500,000 worth of jewelry in a single heist last month, and even found ski masks, pistols and $55,000 cash in the suspects' homes.
Officials say Daniel Stanzione, who also goes by the name Daniel DiBiase, was apparently shot twice by an officer. They originally said he was taken to Westchester Medical Center, but have since refused to comment on his condition.
The men have been charged with second-degree burglary and attempted burglary. Police say more charges are likely forthcoming.
