This boisterous Spanish restaurant is thronged by Lincoln Park types who clamor for the tasty, inexpensive tapas. Prepare to wait up to two hours for a table on busy weekend nights. At least the attentive bar staff keeps your sangria topped off. Stand-out tapas include the goat cheese surrounded in tomato sauce and served with garlic bread, and the beef tenderloin served with potato chips and blue cheese. If you don't mind waiting an extra half-hour, try the made-to-order paella.
