This boisterous Spanish restaurant is thronged by Lincoln Park types who clamor for the tasty, inexpensive tapas. Prepare to wait up to two hours for a table on busy weekend nights. At least the attentive bar staff keeps your sangria topped off. Stand-out tapas include the goat cheese surrounded in tomato sauce and served with garlic bread, and the beef tenderloin served with potato chips and blue cheese.
