KeySpan is comprised of natural gas and electric utilities and unregulated subsidiary companies. Its regulated gas company, KeySpan Energy Delivery, provides natural gas service in the New York City boroughs of Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island, in Nassau and Suffolk counties on Long Island and in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. KeySpan is part of National Grid, an international electricity and gas company that plays a role in providing energy to many millions of customers across Great Britain and northeastern US.
