Coldplay performs July 3 at the XL Center ; tickets go on sale Saturday at 10 a.m. for $97.50, $77.50 and $49.50. Tina Turner is there Dec. 6 on her first tour in eight years; tickets go on sale Monday at 10 a.m. for $57.25.
Tickets go on sale Saturday at 10 a.m. for Brad Paisley's show with Jewel July 24 at Dodge Music Center; Prices are for $59 for reserved seats, $29.50 for the lawn. Tickets go on sale Saturday at 10 a.m. for the Aug. 31 performance by Kid Rock and Lynyrd Skynyrd; tickets are $75 and $45 for reserved seats and $29.50 for the lawn.
Classic-rockers Boston and Styx co-headline Aug. 6 at Mohegan Sun; tickets go on sale Saturday at 10 a.m. fopr $50. Succeeding the late Brad Delp on vocals for Boston are Stryper singer Michael Sweet and Tommy DeCarlo, a fan who posted his covers of Boston songs online. Delp committed suicide last year.
New Kids on the Block plays Mohegan Sept. 30; tickets go on sale Saturday at 10 a.m. for $60 and $45.
Gogol Bordello performs Aug. 3 at Toad's Place in New Haven; tickets are $16.50 in advance. In a unique twist on tribute acts, Japanese Beatles cover band Silver Beats is there Aug. 7; tickets are $15.
Rick Derringer, the Marshall Tucker Band and David Foster and the Mohegan Sun Allstars celebrate the 75th anniversary of Windham Community Memorial Hospital June 21 in Jillson Square on Main Street; tickets are $15 in advance and can be purchased through www.windhamhospital.org.
Jimmie Dale Gilmore performs July 22 at the Iron Horse Music Hall in Northampton; tickets are $17.50 in advance. Sam Phillips stops in Aug. 3; tickets are $20 in advance. Suzanne Vega is there Aug. 15; tickets are $35. Electric Six plays Aug. 16 with Tragedy, the all-metal tribute to the Bee Gees; tickets are $14 in advance. Slide guitarist Sonny Landreth returns Sept. 7; tickets are $22.50 in advance.
Kelly Clarkson and Reba McEntire extend their "2 Worlds, 2 Voices" tour, including a date Nov. 1 at Arena at Harbor Yard in Bridgeport; tickets go on sale Aug. 23.
Madonna's North American tour kicks off Oct. 3 in East Rutherford, N.J., and comes as close as Madison Square Garden in New York Oct. 6-7 and Boston Oct. 15. There's no indication so far that she'll add a Hartford date.
