Red Lobster is the nation's largest full-service seafood restaurant chain and is owned and operated by Orlando-based Darden Restaurants. For fiscal year 2007, the chain, which had 680 locations, recorded sales of $2.6 billion, or an average of $3.8 million per restaurant.
