Highlights
Jon Lester is a starting pitcher for the MLB's Boston Red Sox. Lester was drafted by the Red Sox in 2002, and made his major league debut with the team on June 10, 2006. In August of 2006, Lester was diagnosed with a treatable form of anaplastic large cell lymphoma. After undergoing treatment, he was placed in remission in December of that year.
