Rocky Balboa is a fictional character best known for his role in the Rocky film series. Balboa, played by actor Sylvester Stallone, is a boxer from the city of Philadelphia. He rises from the neighborhoods of the City of Brotherly Love to win boxing's world heavyweight title.
