CONCORD, NC - MAY 23: Eric McClure drives the #14 Hefty/Reynolds Toyota during practice for the NASCAR Nationwide Series History 300 at Charlotte Motor Speedway on May 23, 2013 in Concord, North Carolina.
The car was ok tonight, but we had struggled all weekend with the brakes, so that put us behind. We started ok, but stayed out on old tires a couple times, including a wave around, hoping for a quick caution, and it cost us two additional laps on the race track. We fought hard all night and my guys worked their tails off. It was a good points day for us.
The more we can encourage people to leave their cars at home and commute on foot or on a bike or on transit, the more it makes the street safe for everybodyMore quotes »
