Jeremy Mincey (born on December 14, 1984 in Statesboro, Georgia) is an American football Defensive End for the San Francisco 49ers. He played college football at University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, and was selected in the sixth round (191st overall) by the Patriots in the 2006 NFL Draft. He is measured at 6 ft 3 in and 259 lb. Mincey started in all 24 games in 2 years at Florida, after transferring from Butler County Community College. Mincey was also team captain and and second-team all SEC in 2005. Mincey ran a 4.67 40 yard dash at the 2006 NFL Combine in Indianapolis, IN
