Ultimately, it came down to pit road, where my guys always prove their worth ... Unfortunately, we didn't have the best of stops and to come out third, well, that was the race right there. You have to be on the front row if you're going to win this thing.
There's a whole bunch of different things that could certainly lie in the race, and I think it's going to make it a lot more fun not only for the fans, but for the crew chiefs as well ... I say fun, but I'm sure they will have some headaches after it, too. I think this year is going to be a heck of a lot better.
It was an eternity… the starts were spread over a year and half ... It certainly was frustrating last year that (his crew chief) Eric (Phillips) and I weren’t able to get to Victory Lane.
