Mansfield Chell Wrotto, Jr. (pronounced /ROTT-o/) (born October 12, 1984) is an American football Offensive Lineman for the Seattle Seahawks. He played college football for the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. The pick the Seahawks used on him was obtained from the San Francisco 49ers for wide receiver Darrell Jackson.
