A picture taken on February 6, 2012 shows right-wing extremist Anders Behring Breivik smiling as he arrives in court in Oslo. A Norwegian prosecutor said on March 2, 2012 he was conditionally ready to accept that the gunman who killed 77 people in twin attacks last July 2011 was not criminally responsible, which would allow him to be locked up in a psychiatric ward instead of a prison. Breivik asked on February an Oslo court to release him immediately, explaining that his massacre was a 'preventive attack against state traitors.'
