Ositadinma "Osi" Umenyiora (pronounced /OH-see oo-men-YUR-ah/) (born 16 November 1981 in Golders Green, London, England) is an American football defensive end in the NFL for the New York Giants. Umenyiora is one of three British born players to have won the Super Bowl, alongside Scott McCready and Giants teammate Lawrence Tynes. He is out for the 2008 season, undergoing surgery for knee cartilage damage suffered during an exhibition against the New York Jets.
