Patrick Ianni (born June 15, 1985 in Lodi, California) is an American soccer defender, who currently plays for the Houston Dynamo of the Major League Soccer. He was a member of the U.S. U-20 national team at the 2005 FIFA World Youth Championship and the U.S. U-23 national team at the 2008 Summer Olympics.
