Ronald Bartell (born February 22, 1982 in Detroit, Michigan) is a National Football League defensive back for the St. Louis Rams. He played college football at Howard University and was selected in the second round of the 2005 NFL Draft. Bartell was the first Howard football player picked prior to the 6th round of the NFL Draft.
