Shooting at the 2012 Summer Olympics

French triple canoe slalom champion Tony Estanguet smiles at the French National Olympic and Sports Committee on May 22, 2013 in Paris. The Court of Arbitration for Sport on May 22 said it had rejected an appeal by Japanese hammer-thrower Koji Murofushi against his exclusion as a candidate for election to the IOC Athletes' Commission on the grounds of unfair campaigning at the 2012 London Olympics. His lawsuit's failure means that Estanguet, Slovakian shooting star Danka Bartekova, Zimbabwean swimmer Kirsty Coventry and Australian rower James Tomkins are set to take their place on the Athletes' Commission.
