Thai Foreign Minister Surin Pitsuwan (R) and his Swedish counterpart Anna Lindh laught, 29 July 2000 during a press conference concluding the 33rd ASEAN Ministerial Meeting. Foreign Ministers from the 10-country grouping and their counterparts from the ASEAN Regional Forum concluded their meeting after discussing regional security problems and hailing North Korea's presence for the first time at such meeting.
