He's the kind of guy who wants to master everything because he assumes that if he masters each aspect of his life, then he can be a better hockey player ... That might be what he's doing. He's mastering another part of his life, which in turn will allow him to be better than the Tim Thomas he was a couple of years ago. There's a lot more to Tim Thomas than what people think sometimes.
