AeroGal offers nonstop NY to Ecuador flights
AeroGal this week became the first Ecuadoran airline to offer nonstop daily service from New York's JFK airport to Jose Joaquin de Olmedo airport in Guayaquil. New York was chosen because of its large Ecuadoran community, which includes more than 100,000 Ecuadorans in Queens. Previously, the airline offered service to only one U.S. city, Miami. In-flight service features Ecuadoran appetizers, such as empanadas de morocho and chifles, as well as Khumir, the country's brand of spirits.
