Cannon mishap at NY tourist site injures Ky. man
LAKE GEORGE, N.Y. (AP) — The president of a Cincinnati-based marketing firm is recuperating after a cannon demonstration at an upstate New York tourist attraction went awry and sent a wooden ramrod smashing into his leg.
Douglas and Shirley Struder (STROO'-der) of Butler, Ky., were visiting Lake George in the southern Adirondacks earlier this month when he was hurt.
