NOTE: In lieu of the state ride safety investigations required of smaller parks, the larger parks have agreed to provide the state with reports on serious injuries, illnesses and deaths associated with their attractions. The parks themselves define what is serious but generally consider an incident reportable if it involves an overnight hospital stay. |
