Worker injured at Disney dies
A 52-year-old construction worker injured in a June 13 accident at Disney's All-Star Resort died Thursday night, officials at Walt Disney World said Friday. John Swearingen, 52, of Davenport, became pinned while working on a high-lift vehicle at the hotel resort and suffered chest, neck and head injuries. The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the Osceola County Sheriff's Office are conducting death investigations.
