PASSPORT DAY On Saturday, March 10, regional passport agencies around the country will be open for walk-ins who want to apply for a passport in person (normally, appointments are required and can be difficult to secure). Standard processing times and fees apply -- $60 expedited service is also available. Details at travel.state.gov.
