I cannot believe that the paper left off Jack's Coffee on W.10th. It is the by the far the best coffee in the city and one of the best cups of coffee I've ever had. Plus the staff is fantastic.

Juan Valdez Cafe. There are three, but the best is on 57th St. between 3rd and Lex. Unique decor, relaxing, delicious iced espressos and very reasonable prices. Plus free Wi-Fi.

Ninth St. Espresso (on Ave C near 9th) and Blue Spoon Coffee (on Chambers near Broadway) have the best and most consistent lattes and cappuccinos in town.

JACK's on W. 10th st. and Greenwich. All their coffee is organic & sustainable, as well as their scrumptious baked goods. Plus, Jack himself is absolutely charming.
