The stars cut loose, a DJ spins out and a royal gets lauded.

How fitting that many of the stars set to perform in "Celebrity Autobiography" at Guild Hall in East Hampton Friday night (158 Main St., 631-324-0806) just happen to be native Long Islanders, including Alec Baldwin (Massapequa), Tony Danza (Malverne), Ralph Macchio (Dix Hills) and Susan Lucci (Garden City). "Autobiography" is a staged show where famous people act out the memoirs of other celebs with a comic spin. Tickets are $38-$65 for the 9:30 p.m. performance; for tickets and more information, visit guildhall.org.

The rich and famous frequently find their way to the East End during the summer, but the appearance of actual royalty is rare. Saturday, Prince Lorenzo Borghese, an Italian nobleman distantly related to Napoleon, will be at a private home in Water Mill to accept the Humanitarian of the Year award from the nonprofit Pet Philanthropy Circle organization at its annual Pet Hero awards. Starting at 5 p.m., attendees can enjoy cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, music and a silent auction. Admission starts at $125; get tickets at petphilanthropycircle.com.

He's folksy and he's funky. Citizen Cope (aka Clarence Greenwood) has worked with such luminaries as Eric Clapton, Sheryl Crow and Carlos Santana, so obviously he's got some serious musical chops. If you're never seen him perform live, now's your chance as he takes the stage at The Backyard Restaurant at Sole East, 90 Second House Rd., Montauk, Saturday at 6:30 p.m. No cover to enter. For more information, call 631-668-2105 or visit soleeast.com.
