The Hamptons International Film Festival is having its kick-off of the second annual Summer Docs Series with Guild Hall this Monday. There will be a screening of Don Argott’s "The Art of the Steal," a film chronicling the struggle for control of the Barnes Foundation, a private foundation of art worth more than $25 million.
