Specialties: Red Velvet, White Satin, cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, Sam's Legacy Reserve Merlot, dessert wines include Sweet Isis and Cheval Bleu. Events Free live music weekends year round. A lifelong farmer and naturalist, Sam Rubin started planting grapes in 1996 and produced his first vintage in 2002. A multi-award-winning vineyard, Baiting Hollow is also home to Baiting Hollow Farm Horse Rescue (bhfhorse rescue.org). For a $5 donation for adults, enjoy a tour of the horse facilities and meet some of the horses (weekends May 1-November, weather permitting). No outside beverages. Picnic area where outside food and dogs allowed. Limos and buses by appointment. Host weddings and private events
