Eat, drink and be merry at the Nemacolin Woodlands Resort  in  Laurel Highlands Pennsylvania, which has a series of weekends of wine tastings, cooking classes and other culinary delights. The ‘Taste of Nemacolin’ starts March 12-14 and features two nights' accommodations, a $400 amenity credit and more. 

Here's the schedule:

Gourmet Getaway (March 12 – 14)
The festivities start with a discussion and tasting of California Cabernets, a cooking class as well as an Italian food and wine luncheon. There will also be a coffee cupping (tasting) and chocolate tasting, a wine tasting, and a wine pairing dinner at restaurant Lautrec.

Setting the Spring Table (March 26 – 28)
Highlights include culinary classes focusing on the art of cooking with Jamison’s Lamb and roasting Elysian Fields Lamb of leg. There's also a La Prima Coffee tasting,  another wine tasting, dinner at Lautrec, and  a Champagne tasting.

Out of the Woods, on to the TABLE (April 30 – May 2 )
This weekend celebrates local foods, offering a fly fishing demo followed by a forging excursion. There is also a workshop on how to cook with seasonal products, as well as a freshly forged Spring pairing dinner, featuring dishes made with local ingredients and served with Pennsylvania wine.

Bon Vivant (May 21 – 23)
Guests will get a New World wine dinner followed Poker, Scotch and cigars. Later, individuals will learn how to prepare scallops followed by an Italian food and wine luncheon. Other events include a trunk and fashion show, a  wine tasting and a tasting and wine pairing dinner at Lautrec.
