It’s not quite a galaxy far, far away — but it’s not your local cineplex, either.

Fans can see the hotly anticipated new “Star Wars” film in Paris — a full two days before it opens in the United States on Dec. 18 — thanks to a special offer from Air France, Lucasfilm and Disney. With the “Flight & Cinema” package, travelers who book one of four designated flights departing for Paris on Dec. 15 will receive a ticket to see “The Force Awakens” on Dec. 16. The flights leave from New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco.

The film will be screened, in English and 3D, at the deluxe EurpoaCORP Cinemas in the suburb of Tremblay, near Charles de Gaulle airport. A round-trip ticket from New York on Dec. 15, purchased today on airfrance.us, will set you back at least $1,311. Transport from Charles de Gaulle Airport to the theater? That’s included in the package.
